  ➢ Relationship and Facility Management Skills:

- Assisted in chartering members for Keene Run (Private Member Club) from 0 members and capped out at 300 members in 5

years through the worst economical time for golf in recent years

- Assistant to golf course owners who own 5+ courses (listed above – multiple courses on said properties)

- Managed communication relations for 500 plus members at multiple courses – public and private as well as 60 employees via

website development and maintenance, weekly emails and monthly newsletters

- Support course owners and members on proactive decisions regarding best business practice for growth and sustainability and

was the underwriter for these decisions through the member by-laws, deeds and restrictions handbook

- Well versed in understanding the services contracted out such as landscaping, fertilizing, pool construction/compliance as well

as facility audits for state and government compliance

- Create networking opportunities for club’s visibility through relationship management with top performing and well respected

members of the community such as the University of Kentucky Athletic Association, Alliance Coal. Lex Mark, Toyota

- Assisted in the development of subdivision surrounding the Keene Run Golf Club such as lot sales and construction

- Supervise the monthly maintenance such as cleaning, furniture upkeep, carpet installations, villa painting for the course that

offers the “Stay & Play” package àà Peninsula Golf Course

  ➢ Market expertise:

- Lead and assisted on 20+ outings annually (150+ events over the 7 year timeframe) alongside staff, vendors and members to

ensure high success and future outing renewals

- Trained and supported PGA Assistants in Media Relations during 2012 Ryder Cup at Medinah Country Club, Medinah, IL

- Effectively maximize the earnings of clubhouse amenities through event promotions such as weddings, events for children such

as “Brunch with Santa” or “Memorial Day Pool Party”, special event dinners for spouses such as “Wine and 9”, “Bourbon &

Steak” Dinners and “Mother’s Day Luncheons” which allow networking and social ties to be enhanced on a professional and high

etiquette level.

- Manage weekly payroll for 50+ employees

- Review the Pro-Shop and Course Budget and held the appropriate supervisors accountable as needed

- Carefully review and analyze vendors and their service renewals for cost reduction opportunities where services are not being

rendered at the highest level. Identify new vendor panels in the event of poor services from prior contractors.

- Billing /Collecting for 300 annual memberships

- Billing/Collecting for 200 monthly member charges

- Technically trained on systems including but not limited to:

Point of Sales Systems- Cash Register Express, QuickBooks

Proficient in Microsoft Programs; i.e. Word, Excel, PPT

Proactively took lead to attain a liquor license in Jessamine Country county which required 450 signatures and won with an

approval vote of 67-7.
